Q. Who designs and builds all of your products?
A. I do. I procure the components and then create the products with my own two hands. I don’t believe in outsourcing this process – it makes it more personal that way. It also guarantees that the quality of the product will not be compromised. If I create something that doesn’t past muster in my eyes, then it doesn’t go onto the site.
Q. Are your jewelry products nickel free?
A. Yes, unless specified in the description.
Q. What is the price range of your products?
A. My online items range from $10-$50, and my in-person items range from $2.50-$50. I have nothing for sale that’s over $50.
Q. Do you ever put your products on sale?
A. It does from time to time. Watch this site and my social media pages for sale announcements.
Q. Do you make mass quantities of your products?
A. Most items I create are of limited quantities, so once it's gone, it's gone, so you better snatch it up when you see it! :)
Q. Is your jewelry designed for children?
A. The jewelry I make is intended for those who are 13 years old and up. The pieces I create have many small parts and are not recommended for those age 12 and under.
Q. Do you charge taxes?
A. Taxes are required by law to be collected. Missouri residents will pay sales tax. Shipping fees are not taxed.
Q. How long does it take to ship an item out?
A. It usually takes me 1-2 business days to ship the item(s) out to you.
Q. How long does it take to get the item once it’s shipped?
A. Since I ship via USPS, you can expect your shipment between 2-5 business days, depending on your location. This is not a guarantee as sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that are beyond my control (i.e. inclement weather).
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Unfortunately I do not ship internationally at this time. The shipping costs are very expensive for the consumer, and I simply cannot justify that expense.
